What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email and password): you can't sign in again
• Your name, phone number and profile photo
• All app sessions and notification tokens
• Your saved pay-rate profile
• Information read from your uploaded documents, and document requests

What we keep, and why

• Completed load records (including the driver name and phone captured on the load at the time) are kept by the shipper for legal and audit reasons.
• Records a fleet or employer must keep by law may be kept by that company for the period the law requires.
