Clock in and out with your timesheet

Clock in and out with a selfie and your location, see your hours for the week, and check whether each shift is approved.

Clock in

Drivers open Timesheet in the menu; in the app, tap More, then Timesheet. Office staff open My Timesheet; in the app, tap the Clock tab. If you do not see it, your fleet has not turned on the timesheet for you.

  1. Open Timesheet (or My Timesheet).
  2. Tap Clock in.
  3. Allow the camera and your location when your phone asks.
  4. Take a selfie with the camera button, then tap the check mark (Use this photo).
  5. The card turns green and shows On shift with a timer.

Clock out

  1. Open Timesheet again and tap Clock out.
  2. Take a selfie and tap the check mark (Use this photo).
  3. Drivers are then asked for a photo of the trip sheet or other paperwork, up to 4 pages. Tap Done, or Skip if you have none.
  4. Your shift appears under Recent shifts with its hours.

Your hours and shift status

The strip under the clock shows Hours this week. If your fleet shows pay, you also see Earned this week and your Hourly rate.

Under Recent shifts, each shift shows a status: On shift while you are clocked in, Pending when it waits for your fleet, Edited when your fleet changed the times (the reason is shown), and Approved when it is ready for payroll.

When your fleet approves a pay period, you get a notice with your approved hours for it, and your pay if your fleet shows pay. After that, the shifts in that period are locked.

If something looks wrong

If your fleet uses work locations, the clock card says You are at and the location name, or how far away you are. Outside every work location the buttons are greyed out and you cannot clock in or out. Move closer and tap Check again.

If you see Camera access denied, allow the camera for DriverPass in your phone settings and try again. Turn on location too.

After 10 hours on shift you get one Still working? message. If you open the clock after 8 hours away from the work location, you are asked if you are done for the day: tap Yes, clock me out or Still working.

Forgot to clock out, or a time is wrong? You cannot change your own times. Ask your fleet to fix the shift. They must give a reason, and you will see it on the shift. If the pay period is already approved, your fleet reopens it first.

Hours summaries

When your company approves a pay period, you may get an Hours summary (not a pay slip) by email: your approved shifts and hours. Find them all on your Timesheet page under Hours summaries: View or Download.
