Get help fast with a clear support ticket

Open a ticket in the right place and include what support needs, without passwords or codes.

Open a ticket

  1. Drivers: in the sidebar click Support Tickets, or in the app tap More, then Support Tickets. Fleet owners: Support Tickets in the sidebar. Fleet employees: in the app, More, then Support Tickets.
  2. Click New ticket (fleet employees click Add New).
  3. Write a short Subject and describe the problem in Message. Drivers and fleet owners also choose a Department and can add attachments.
  4. Click Submit ticket (Submit for fleet employees). Keep one ticket per problem and follow the replies there.

What to include

Say what you were trying to do, which page you were on and the steps that led to the problem. Copy the exact error. Give the rough time, and say whether you used a browser or the iPhone or Android app.

For a problem with a record, give its name or reference. Add a screenshot only after hiding private details that don't matter. Say what you already tried.

What not to send

Never send your password, a verification code, a sign-up or sign-in link, an API key or unrelated personal documents. Don't delete records while you wait.

Not signed in? Use the public Support page. For urgent safety or dispatch problems, follow your fleet's own procedures instead of waiting on a ticket.

Still need help?

Tell our support team the page you were on, what you tapped and the exact message you saw. Never send passwords or verification codes.

What you can open depends on your role and your fleet’s settings. A guide never gives access to another person’s documents.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
