Find drivers and customize the roster

Use the status tabs, search, sort, Filters and Columns on the Drivers page.

Find a driver

  1. In the sidebar, open Driver Management > Drivers.
  2. Pick a tab: All drivers, Active, Pre-employment or Inactive. Use Type to narrow by driver type.
  3. Type in Search name, email, licence, phone. Tap Clear to reset search and filters.
  4. Tap Filters for Country, Province/State, Division, Driver type, Licence, licence expiry and created dates.
  5. Tap a driver's name, or the eye icon (View profile), to open full details.

Search limits

Search returns up to 100 matches. When you hit the cap you see Showing up to 100 matches. Refine your search. Narrow the search rather than assuming the list shows every match.

Sort and columns

Use the sort menu for Newest first, Oldest first, Name (A-Z), Name (Z-A) or Recently updated.

Tap Columns to show or hide Email, Phone, Driver ID and Division. Your choice is saved in this browser only. It changes the layout, not driver data. If a field seems missing, check Columns first.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
