Report a problem to DriverPass through Miles

Tell Miles what went wrong, add a screenshot if you can, check the summary and click Confirm. The report goes straight to the DriverPass team.

Send a problem report

  1. Open Chat with Miles and click Report a problem (the bug button at the top of the chat), or tell Miles that something is broken or not working.
  2. Answer Miles's short questions: what you were doing, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  3. When Miles asks for a screenshot, click Add screenshot and choose the picture, or click Send without one.
  4. Check the summary card and click Confirm. Nothing is sent until you click Confirm, and Cancel sends nothing.
  5. Miles answers with your report number, for example DP-BUG-0042. Mention it if you write to DriverPass about the same problem.

What is sent

Your words, your screenshot, the page you were on, your browser and the recent error messages from that page. Web addresses are sent without sign-in codes or keys, and passwords, card numbers and keys you type are hidden.

Sending a report changes nothing on your account.

Good to know

Miles does not promise a fix or a date. The DriverPass team reviews every report.

You can send up to 5 reports a day through Miles. For more, email hello@driverpass.com. The same problem on the same page sent again within 10 minutes is only sent once.

Report a problem is for fleet owners and fleet staff who use Miles. For account or billing questions, open a support ticket. For how to do something, just ask Miles.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
