Assign and follow driver forms

Use Forms to fill or send library forms, or upload your own PDF form and send it to drivers.

Use the right area

Forms (Driver Management > Forms) holds Library forms that are ready to use and Your forms, which are PDFs you upload. Driver Contracts handles employment agreements. Office staff paperwork lives in Document Templates.

Send a form

  1. Library form: tap Fill or send and choose a driver. Pick Fill in now to complete it yourself, or Send to driver so they fill and sign on their phone.
  2. Some forms need the company part first. Fill in and sign that part, then use Send to driver on the form. Company-only forms are not sent to drivers.
  3. Your own PDF: tap Upload a form, place the boxes with Fields, then tap Send. Choose drivers, add a Due date (optional) and a Note to drivers, and tap Send form.
  4. Use Status on your form to see who has signed.

When a form is signed

Signed forms are locked. To change one, open it from the driver's profile and start a new version. Check the recipient before sending again.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
