Create a fleet account and finish company setup

Sign up as a Fleet, confirm your email and phone, then finish Set up your company. DriverPass reviews the account separately.

Register the company

  1. Open Sign up and choose Fleet (I operate trucks and manage drivers).
  2. On Find your company, pick DOT number or MC number, enter it and tap Find my company, then Continue. No number? Tap Don't have a DOT or MC number? and enter the company name, country and province or state.
  3. Enter First name, Last name, Work email, Company phone, Password and Confirm password, then tap Create account.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your email on Verify email, then the code texted to your phone on Verify phone. Use a phone that can receive texts.
  5. Log in. DriverPass opens Set up your company (Step 1 of 3). Finish the steps and tap Go to my dashboard.

Setup is not approval

Verifying email and phone confirms your contact details. Finishing setup records your company information. DriverPass approval is a separate review.

Until DriverPass approves you, recruiting, sending contracts, adding drivers and messaging drivers stay locked. Do not create a second account to get around this.

If you do not have DOT or MC

Use Don't have a DOT or MC number? on signup, or tick This carrier does not have a DOT or MC number on the company step. Leaving the fields blank is not the same. You still provide the company details and go through DriverPass review.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
