See all contractor invoices (every pay period)
The Contractor invoices tab of Time clock & payroll lists every contractor invoice from all approved pay periods, newest first, with filters, totals, a CSV list and a ZIP of the PDFs.
Find every contractor invoice
Open Time clock & payroll and click Contractor invoices (between Payroll and Work locations). It lists every invoice made for your contractors in all approved pay periods, newest first, 50 a page. It is not the Invoices page in the menu, which is your DriverPass billing. Only the fleet owner and staff with Payroll & HR access see it.
- Filter by Contractor, Company, the dates a period starts between, Status (Issued, Void or Not emailed to the payroll inbox) or Search (invoice #, Inc name or name), then click Apply. Your filters stay until you click Clear filters.
- Each row shows the Invoice #, Contractor and Inc name, Company, Period, Pay date, Hours, Subtotal, Tax, Total, Status and Emailed. Use the eye to view, the arrow to download, and Resend to email an issued invoice again.
- The totals under the list cover every matching invoice, with GST, HST and QST. Void invoices are counted but not added to the money.
Download the list or the PDFs
Click Download list (CSV) for a spreadsheet of the matching invoices, or Download ZIP for their PDFs (issued ones only, up to 500 at a time: narrow the dates if you have more).
Status PDF problem means the PDF could not be made. Open that period on the Payroll tab and click Make invoices again. If the list is empty, invoices are made when you approve a pay period.
