Keep your carrier records current on Carrier Profile

Track your company records such as CVOR, PEVL, NSC, CSA, insurance, authority, IFTA and IRP, upload the latest copy and get reminders before they go stale or expire.

Upload a record

Each card is one company record: PEVL record (Québec), CVOR abstract (Ontario), NSC carrier profile, US CSA / SMS snapshot, Insurance certificate, Operating authority (US DOT / MC), CVOR certificate, IFTA licence and IRP cab card / account. The top shows how many are Up to date, Due soon, Overdue and Not uploaded.

  1. In the sidebar, click Carrier Profile.
  2. On the record's card, click Upload (or Upload newer copy if one is already there).
  3. Choose the Document (PDF or photo). Enter the Date pulled for abstracts and profiles, or the Issue date and Expiry date for certificates and licences. Insurance certificate, Operating authority, CVOR certificate, IFTA licence and IRP cab card / account cannot be saved without an Expiry date.
  4. For abstracts and profiles you can also enter numbers like the Safety rating or Overall violation rate (%). They are optional and build a small trend on the card over time.
  5. Add Notes if you like, then click Save. Use Open latest to view the newest file, and History to see older copies.
  6. To remove a copy saved by mistake, click Delete on the card for the latest copy, or Delete next to an older copy under History, then click OK. The copy is removed from your carrier profile, and the card goes back to the copy before it.

Choose which records you track

  1. Scroll to Which records you track.
  2. Untick records that don't apply to you, for example PEVL if you don't run in Québec.
  3. For abstracts and profiles, pick how often you pull a fresh copy: Monthly, Every 2 months, Every 3 months or Every 6 months.
  4. Click Save.

Reminders and good to know

Abstracts and profiles become Due soon 7 days before the next pull date. Certificates and licences become Due soon 30 days before their expiry date. An older copy of insurance, authority, CVOR certificate, IFTA or IRP saved without an expiry date shows as Due soon with No expiry date on file. Upload the current copy with its expiry date. No reminder is sent for it, because there is no date to remind you about.

Once a day, DriverPass sends a reminder to the fleet owner and staff with safety access when a record is due soon or overdue. Reminders only go out for records you have uploaded at least once.

DriverPass does not pull these records from the government for you. You pull the copy and upload it here. Sometimes your DriverPass contact adds one for you, and the card then shows Added by DriverPass.

Fleet owners and staff with safety access can use this page.

Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
