Verify pickup at the dock

Check in, show your code, then enter the shipper’s code.

At pickup

  1. On the Trip tab, under NEXT STEPS, tap Photo for any document the load needs before pickup.
  2. At the pickup address, tap Arrived at pickup. It stays grey until you are there. Pickup Verification may also open by itself.
  3. Tap Enter shipper code if shown. Upload any missing items, then tap Check In Now.
  4. When YOUR VERIFICATION CODE appears, show it to the dock worker. They enter it and give you a 4-digit code.
  5. Type their code under Enter Shipper’s Code and tap Verify Code. Wait for Pickup Verified.
  6. Back on the Trip tab, add any on-load photos and tap Mark loaded.

If your code does not appear

The screen shows Waiting for Shipper until the dock opens their check-in. Make sure they have the same load, or tap Re-notify Shipper. Signup codes do not work here. After too many wrong codes you must start over, so do not guess.

Documents and connection

A document only counts once its upload succeeds. If an upload fails, keep the photo and try again when you have signal. If the load was cancelled or closed, contact dispatch.
