Upload proof of delivery and complete the load

Add your delivery notes and photo, then complete the load.

Complete delivery

  1. At the delivery address, tap Arrived at delivery on the Trip tab. It stays grey until you are there. The delivery screen may also open by itself.
  2. Add any Delivery Notes and tap Continue to Photos.
  3. Tap Take Photo and capture the signed BOL or dock receipt. One POD photo can be attached; remove it to retake.
  4. Wait for the upload to finish, then tap Complete delivery (End trip on tracking-only loads).
  5. Wait for Delivery Complete. Tracking stops for that load. On the Trip tab you can also use Take POD photo, then Delivery done.

Requirements vary by load

Some loads only need tracking, and photos are optional. Others need a POD photo and a GPS match at the delivery address. If GPS does not match, you can tap the button that starts I’m at the delivery, pick a reason under Why didn’t GPS match?, and confirm. Dispatch sees that reason.

If a photo or completion fails

A photo that failed to upload is not proof yet. Tap Retry, or remove it and take it again. After an interruption, refresh the load to check its status before trying again. Keep your paper copy until you see the saved one.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
