Website, email and phone notifications
Your Notifications list is the full record. Email and phone alerts are extra copies that can be late or missing.
Where notifications show up
Every notification lands in your Notifications list. Email and phone alerts are separate copies. A missing email or phone alert does not mean nothing happened, so check the list.
Check your notifications
- On the website, click the bell at the top of the page, then click View all notifications.
- In the app, drivers and fleet employees tap More, then Notifications. The More tab shows how many are unread. Fleet owners use the bell on the website.
- Use All or Unread, or Filter by type, to narrow the list. Click Mark all read when you are done.
- Tap a notification to open the page it is about, and check the record there.
Phone alerts
You must be signed in to the app. Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Toronto time, most alerts wait until 7 a.m. Messages are not held. Several alerts at once can arrive as one summary. Alerts older than 16 hours, or already read in DriverPass, are not sent.
In older app versions, tapping an alert just opens the app. Update the app, or open the task from the menu.
- In the app, tap More, then Settings.
- Turn on Notifications on this device.
- If your phone blocks DriverPass, tap Manage in phone Settings and allow notifications.
