Use your truck seals and ask for more

On My seals you see the seal numbers you carry, record each one you use on a load, report a lost or broken seal, and ask your fleet for more.

Record a seal you used

In the menu, tap My seals. The big number shows how many seals are with you, and each seal number is listed below it. If you hold few seals, you see a reminder to ask for more.

  1. Tap a seal number to pick it. It is selected in the Use a seal form below. You can also choose it from the Seal number list.
  2. Check Date used. It is today by default. If you are logging it later, pick the day you used it. It cannot be in the future or before the day the seal was given to you.
  3. In Load, trip or trailer, type the load or trailer number, for example load 4471 / trailer 5317.
  4. Tap Mark as used. The seal moves to Recently used.

Report a lost or broken seal

  1. Pick the seal number in the Use a seal form.
  2. Tap Lost or broken, then confirm. The seal is taken off your list and shows as Lost / void under Recently used.

Ask for more seals

  1. Under Need more seals?, choose How many (5, 10, 20, 30 or 50).
  2. In Note (where to pick up, etc.), add anything your office should know.
  3. Tap Request seals. Your fleet's office is notified right away.
  4. You can have one open request at a time. The page shows when you asked. When the office gives you seals, you get a notification with the numbers and they appear on My seals.

If something looks wrong

If you see You are not on a fleet yet, you are not linked to a fleet in DriverPass, so there are no seals to show. Talk to your fleet.

If a seal you carry is missing from the list, or one you used was marked wrong, ask your office. They can fix the status of any seal.

No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
