Message your fleet

Chat one to one with the fleets you drive for, send photos or files, and read group announcements. Reply to an announcement privately with one tap.

Chat with your fleet

  1. In the menu, tap Fleet Messages.
  2. Your conversations are on the Chats tab. Tap one to open it.
  3. To start a new chat, open the Fleets tab and tap your fleet. It lists the fleets you drive for that you do not have a chat with yet, by company name.
  4. Type your message and tap Send.
  5. To send a file, tap the paperclip and pick a photo (JPG or PNG), a PDF or a Word file.
  6. To find a conversation, type in the Search box.

Group announcements

Your fleet can add you to a group. Groups are on the Groups tab. Only your fleet posts in a group, so there is no message box. Instead you see: Only your fleet posts in this group. To reply, message them directly.

  1. Open the group and tap the Message button under it. It shows the sender's name, for example Message ABC Trucking.
  2. A private chat with them opens. Type your reply and tap Send. Only they see it, not the rest of the group.

If something looks wrong

A red number on a conversation or a tab means unread messages. New messages show up on their own after a few seconds.

The Fleets tab is empty: you are not on a fleet's roster yet, or you already have a chat with your fleet on the Chats tab.

A conversation does not open: tap Retry. If it says your session has expired, reload the page and sign in again.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
