Create and verify a driver account

Enter your details, confirm your email, then confirm your phone.

Before you start

Use an email address you can open and a mobile number that can receive texts. A full driver account is separate from guest access for a single load. If verification is unfinished, finish it rather than creating a second account.

Create your account

  1. On the website, open Sign up and choose Driver. In the app, tap Create a free account on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter First name, Last name, Email, Mobile number, Password and Confirm password. The password needs at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number.
  3. Tap Create account (Create Free Account in the app) once.
  4. On Verify your account, enter the 6-digit email code and tap Verify email, or open the email link and tap Confirm email and continue.
  5. Tap Send text-message code, enter the 6-digit code texted to your phone, then tap Verify phone.
  6. When both show Verified, tap Log in to DriverPass and sign in with your email and password.

What success looks like

The page shows both email and phone as Verified. Account verification is separate from your compliance documents and training.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
