The bottom tabs are Dashboard, Training, Files, Trip and More. Files opens your Compliance checklist. More groups the rest:

  1. Messages: Notifications, Fleet Messages.
  2. Forms & Signatures: Pending Signatures, Forms.
  3. My DriverPass: Profile, Compliance, Employment Application.
  4. Work: Time Off, plus Timesheet if your fleet turned it on.
  5. Training: My Progress, My Certificates. Jobs: Job Board, Job Applications.
  6. Secure Trip: Current Load & Tracking, My Loads. Help & Account: Help Center, Support Tickets, Change Password.
  7. App: Settings, Sign Out.

Guest access

A guest who signed in with a phone code sees only Trip and More. More offers Current Load & Tracking, My Loads and Create free account. Create an account to use documents, training and jobs.

If something is missing

Check whether you are signed in as a guest. If the menu shows Can’t reach DriverPass, pull down to retry once you have a connection.

Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
