Missing, expired or rejected verification codes

Get a new code without creating a duplicate account.

Check where it was sent

Verify your account shows the email and phone the codes went to. Look in spam, junk and promotions, and search for DriverPass. The number must be able to receive texts.

Get a new code

  1. Stay on Verify your account. If the email is missing, tap Resend email code. If it shows a countdown (Resend email code in ...), wait for it to finish.
  2. Use the code or link from the newest email only.
  3. For the phone step, tap Send text-message code. If the text is late or expired, tap Request another text when the countdown ends.
  4. Enter only the latest text code and tap Verify phone.
  5. If your connection dropped, reload the page first. It shows which steps are already Verified.

When to ask for help

If the phone number is wrong, use the Contact support link under the phone step. Tell support which step failed, roughly when, and the message you saw. Never send your password, a code or the full verification link.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
