Give a staff member Payroll & HR access

Turn on Payroll & HR access on an office employee so they can run Time clock & payroll: shifts, pay periods, payroll files, contractor invoices and pay history.

Turn it on

  1. Sign in as the fleet owner. In the sidebar, open Employee Management > Employees.
  2. Find the person and click the pencil icon (Edit employee).
  3. Open the Employment tab.
  4. Turn on Payroll & HR access.
  5. Click Save. On their next page load they see a Payroll & HR section in the sidebar with Time clock & payroll and Timesheets.
  6. To take it away, turn the switch off and save. It stops working on their next click.
Employees

What it opens

Time clock & payroll with all its tabs: the Payroll tab (check, fix and approve shifts, change the company on shifts, approve or reopen a pay period, payroll downloads, contractor invoices and Dayforce files), Work locations, Settings and Payroll settings.

Timesheets: edit and approve single shifts.

Pay & tax and Pay history for every driver and employee, in the side panel that opens when they click a name on the Payroll tab. There they can fix a pay rate with Correct a change and save Pay & tax details.

Driver profiles stay a Safety/Compliance Access page. A staff member with both switches can also change a driver's hourly rate from the driver's profile.

What it does not open

Their own pay: they cannot edit, approve or move their own shifts, change their own pay, or change their own Pay & tax or Dayforce setup (they see it read only). The fleet owner does these.

Only the fleet owner can correct a driver type entry in Pay history, and only the fleet owner turns this switch on or off.

ተገዢነት እና ደህንነት

የፈቃድ ደረጃዎችን፣ የሕክምና ካርዶችን፣ የጀርባ ማጣራቶችን፣ የሥልጠና ማጠናቀቅን እና ሌሎችን እንከታተላለን። ማንኛውም ነገር ከማለቁ በፊት ማንቂያ ያገኛሉ።
አዎ። የአሜሪካ እና የካናዳ የተገዢነት ደረጃዎችን እንደግፋለን። በአሜሪካ የDOT ፋይልም ይሁን በካናዳ የClass 1 ፈቃድ፣ እንሸፍንዎታለን።
