Connect with partners and handle requests

Accepting a partner connects you. It does not share anything until you set up sharing.

Connect

  1. In the sidebar, click Partners & Compliance.
  2. The easiest way is to give the other company Your Fleet Code, shown at the top of the page. Or open Find, search by company name, email or location, and click Send connection request.
  3. Open Requests to see who wants to connect and the requests you sent. Click View to check the company.
  4. Click Accept, then confirm in the Accept partner window. Click Reject to turn a request down, or Cancel to withdraw one you sent.

Accepting shares nothing

The Accept partner window says it plainly: nothing is shared until you set up access on the Connected tab. Don't tell a partner they can see files, equipment or training until you have saved that sharing.

Messages and disconnecting

Use Messages to talk with connected partners. On Connected, click Disconnect to end a connection. Read the confirmation first, and sort out any access the partner still needs before you disconnect.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
