Message your office employees

Use Employee Management > Messages to send a private message to one office employee or staff member and see every conversation in one inbox.

Send a message

  1. In the sidebar, open Employee Management > Messages.
  2. Under New message to, choose the employee from Select an employee.
  3. Add a Subject (optional), type your message in the box and click Send.
  4. The employee gets a notification that says New message from, followed by your company name and the subject.

Read and answer replies

  1. The list on the left shows every conversation, including ones you started that have no reply yet. Unread conversations come first, with a count of unread messages, then the most recent.
  2. Click a conversation to open it, type your answer and click Send.
  3. You can also start a new conversation at any time by picking the person under New message to.

Good to know

Only the fleet owner account can use this page. Employees read and answer your messages on the Messages tab of their HR page.

Messages are one to one. There are no groups or attachments here.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
