Find a missing file or fix Document Bank access

Clear filters, then check the file's audience and the person's Department or group before changing anything.

Find the record

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the right fleet. Open Document Bank and tap the All chip.
  2. Empty the search box. Tap Filters, set Scope, Category and Expiry back to All or Any, untick Uploaded by me, and tap Apply. Or tap Clear.
  3. Still missing? Ask the fleet owner to look. The owner sees every file, including HR.
  4. For a Department file, compare its groups with the colleague's Department or custom group membership.
  5. If the file is listed but View or Download fails, send the title and the error to support.

Visibility versus data loss

A missing entry is often a filter or audience issue, not a deleted file. Employees never see HR files. Driver profiles do not list Document Bank files. An access error means the request was refused. It is not a reason to share the file more widely.

Protect the file

Do not re-upload a confidential file with a wider audience, change it to Company, or use someone else's login to get around access. Keep the original and have the fleet owner correct the audience. Report unexpected access right away.

For Employers & Carriers

Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
