Use the email code or the verification link

The signup email gives you two ways to confirm your email address.

Two ways to continue

  1. On Verify your account, type the 6-digit code from the email under Email code and tap Verify email.
  2. Or open the link in the same email and tap Confirm email and continue. Opening the link alone does not confirm anything; the tap does.
  3. Next, finish the phone step: tap Send text-message code, enter the texted code and tap Verify phone.

If the link opens in your browser

That is expected. Finish both steps in the browser, then return to DriverPass and sign in with the same email and password. In the app, Resume verification or Continue verification brings you back to the same page. Opening the link in a browser does not create a second account.

Common mistakes

The email code, the text-message code and a Secure Trip pickup code are three different codes. After asking for a new code, use only the newest one. Never share a code or the link with anyone.

What you can open depends on your role and your fleet’s settings. A guide never gives access to another person’s documents.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
