Training retries, restarts and certificates

Follow the retry rules shown and keep your certificate.

If you do not pass

Read the result and any retry timing shown. Passing scores and retry rules depend on the course. While a final exam retry is locked, Restart course shows Restart not available yet.

Restart carefully

  1. Go to Training Center, then Assigned Courses, and find the course.
  2. Tap Restart course. The box Restart this course? warns that all your progress will be reset, and you can choose a new language when you start again. Tap Cancel if you only wanted to continue.
  3. When the retry is open, complete the exam and check your result before asking for help.

Certificates

Open Training Center, then My Certificates (More, then My Certificates in the app). Each certificate shows Valid, Expiring or Expired. Tap View or Download PDF. A DriverPass training certificate is not a government licence. For employer-issued certificates such as TDG, your employer is responsible for issuing them.

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
