Start or resume assigned training

Complete the courses your fleet assigned to you.

Complete your assignment

  1. In the sidebar open Training Center, then Assigned Courses. In the app, tap the Training tab.
  2. Tap What’s in this course? to see the length, the score needed to pass and how long the certificate is valid.
  3. Tap Start (or Continue if you already began). Work through the lessons, quizzes and final exam.
  4. Check My Progress afterwards. Completed courses show Review, and any certificate appears in My Certificates.

Progress and language

Viewing screens, lesson quizzes and the final exam are tracked separately; viewing screens alone is not a pass. Pick a course language when the course offers one.

If no course appears

No courses assigned means your fleet has not assigned a course to this account yet. Ask your fleet. If a lesson will not load, check your connection and tap Continue; do not restart, because Restart course clears your progress.

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
