Complete setup and scan your licence
Photograph both sides, check the details, then save.
Capture and review
- After you sign in, follow the setup page. It starts with First, add your driver’s licence.
- Take a photo of the front, then turn the card over for the back. In the camera, fit the card in the frame and tap Take photo, then Use photo. Tap Retake if it is blurry.
- On a computer, scan the QR code to use your phone’s camera, or choose Upload from this computer.
- On Check your licence, compare Your details (name, licence number, class, province or state, dates) with the card and fix anything wrong.
- Tap Save my licence. The page confirms Your licence is saved.
A scan only suggests details
Reading the text or barcode fills in fields for you. It does not prove a licence is genuine, and it can be wrong. Always check before saving.
Troubleshooting
If the camera is blocked, allow camera access for DriverPass or your browser in phone settings and reopen the step. Move somewhere brighter if the scanner says Too dark. If a save fails, tap Try again or reload the page; your account is kept.
