See and download your invoices (contractors)

If you are a contractor or owner-operator, My invoices lists the invoice DriverPass made for each pay period your fleet approved. Open or download the PDF.

Find your invoices

My invoices is in the menu for drivers whose fleet set them up as contracted or owner-operator. If you do not see it, your fleet has you as a company driver.

  1. In the menu, tap My invoices. In the app, tap More, then My invoices.
  2. Each row shows the Invoice #, Pay period, Bill to (the company you invoiced), Pay date, Hours and Total.
  3. Tap View to open the PDF, or Download to save it.

When an invoice appears

Your fleet makes your invoice when it approves a pay period. You get a notice that your invoice is ready, and usually an email with the PDF attached. If you worked for two of your fleet's companies in the period, you get one invoice for each.

The invoice is built from your approved hours (and trips, if you are paid per trip) and the corporation, tax numbers and rates your fleet saved for you. Under Pay to, your corporation (Inc) name comes first, with your own name under it. Page 2 lists each shift.

If you are paid per trip, the invoice shows your Mileage and a SUMMARY of each trip.

If something looks wrong

If you see No invoices yet, your fleet has not approved a pay period with your hours yet.

If your hours, corporation name, address or tax numbers are wrong, tell your fleet. They fix them and make the invoice again. It keeps the same number, and you are sent the new version.

If your fleet paused driver emails, you get no email, but the invoice is still here.

You only ever see your own invoices.

No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
