See the fuel cards, keys and devices you were given

My equipment lists the fuel cards, keys, phones and other items your fleet has issued to you, with their limits and expiry, and the ones you gave back.

See what you have

  1. On the website, click My equipment in the sidebar. In the app, tap More, then My equipment under Work.
  2. With you now lists each item: the type, its number (fuel cards show only the last 4 digits), since when you have it, the vehicle it goes with and the provider.
  3. For a fuel card you also see its Limit and where you can use it (Use at), when your fleet has set them.
  4. An item with an expiry date shows Expires and the date, or Expired once the date has passed.
  5. Given back lists the items you returned and the items the office took off your list.

Good to know

You get a notice when items are issued to you or taken back.

This page is read only. If an item is lost, broken or about to expire, tell the office right away. They update it, and you see the change here.

Card PINs are never kept in DriverPass. Ask the office if you need yours.

If you see You are not on a fleet yet, you are not linked to a fleet in DriverPass, so nothing can be issued to you here.

FAQs

For Employers & Carriers

DriverPass is a driver verification and compliance management platform built to help carriers streamline hiring, onboarding, and fleet compliance, all in one place.
We save you time and money by automating driver onboarding, licence & document tracking, and compliance monitoring, so you can focus on moving freight.
Any fleet size, from 5 to 500+ drivers. We work with local, regional, and long-haul fleets, including carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
Yes. You can add dispatchers, HR, compliance officers, or managers, each with customized permissions.

For Drivers

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.
No. DriverPass is free for drivers.
Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.
Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.
DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.
No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
