Find jobs and follow an application

Use Open Jobs to apply and Job Applications to follow progress.

Apply to an opening

In the sidebar open Job Board, then Open Jobs. In the app, tap More, then Job Board.
Use Search jobs, then tap a job title to read the details and company.
Tap Apply now and complete what the company asks for.
Open Job Applications to see the application and its status.

What the status means

An application is not a job offer. The fleet reviews it and moves it forward. Keep your contact details and Employment Application up to date so the company can reach you.

Withdraw an application

On Job Applications, a Withdraw button appears while the application is still pending or reviewed. After that, contact the hiring fleet. Do not apply again or create a second profile to change the status.

DriverPass lets you manage all your documents, certifications, and records in one spot. Stay organized and job-ready at all times.

Do I have to pay to use DriverPass?

No. DriverPass is free for drivers.

What happens if I lose my phone or documents?

Your profile and the documents you upload are saved in your DriverPass account, not only on your phone. Sign in from any phone or computer to see them. If you can't sign in, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you lose a paper document, upload a photo of the replacement when you have it.

Will DriverPass help me stay compliant?

Yes. You'll get automatic alerts when documents are about to expire and can upload renewals directly from your phone.

For Shippers

Can we request carrier compliance reports?

Not as a report. Shippers use Secure Trip in DriverPass to follow their own loads. For a carrier's compliance documents, ask the carrier directly.

Compliance & Safety

What kind of compliance tracking does DriverPass offer?

We track license classes, medical cards, background checks, training completion, and more. You'll get alerts before anything expires.

Does DriverPass help with DOT, FMCSA, or provincial regulations?

DriverPass helps you keep the records. It stores driver files such as licences with their expiry dates, shows what is missing or expired, and sends reminders before a licence or document expires. Your fleet is still responsible for meeting DOT, FMCSA and provincial rules, and DriverPass does not give legal advice.

What if I manage different types of drivers (e.g., company vs. owner-operators)?

No problem. DriverPass lets you assign different compliance checklists by driver type so nothing falls through the cracks.
